Paladin CISM Support & Training

Hi, I'm Billy Mitchell. I am a 30 year retired veteran of the Fort Police Department. I Spent 4 1/2 years in patrol, 2 years undercover in the Vice Unit, 12 years as a school resource officer, and 13 years as the Peer Support/CISM Coordinator. I also spent 13 years as a Hostage Negotiator during this time. I am a Certified TCOLE Instructor as well as a Certified CISM Instructor. CISM is my passion and I am blessed with having the opportunity to serve first responders and CISM teams of all pursuits.
